There are many ways to volunteer at Antioch! Look through the list below...when you find something you like, complete the online form to start volunteering.

Sunday investment in Grade School Kids:
Wanted: 50 people to serve in various positions in Journey & Quest ministries, including small group leaders, worship leaders, skit team, and large group teachers. Great for college/high school students and parents that want to invest in children. It’s a lot of fun! **Summer commitment is weekly on Sundays April 25-September 19.
Sunday investment in Preschool Kids:
Wanted: 175 people to serve in Nursery & DiscoveryLand ministries, including lead teachers, small group leaders, helpers,support staff and “buddies” for special needs’ children. Great for those that want to join a team that is passionate about a child’s role in the Kingdom of God! **Summer commitment is weekly on Sundays May 2-September 19.
Discovery Lunch Host(ess):
Involves food preparation, food service, & greeting at monthly Discovery Lunch. Great for those with a hospitality gift!
Youth Lifegroup Leader:
Great for college students and young adults that want to invest in Jr. High or Sr. High students in a tight knit community of leaders! Involves weekly discipleship, youth Lifegroup, and leadership meetings. This an 8 hr/week commitment.
Intercessory Prayer during Sunday Morning Services:
Join a small group in listening prayer & intercession for our Sunday services in the Prayer Center. Opportunities available for any of the three services!
Bookstore Checkout/Sunday Offering Counter:
Every other week or monthly commitment to serve the church in the bookstore collecting sales. Also involves counting offering during the service. You pick the service that’s good for you!
Sunday Greeter:
Greet your fellow Antioch attendees on alternating Sundays before and after a service begins. A cheerful disposition and a willingness to serve are great qualities for this position!
Sunday Usher:
Help guests find seats in the auditorium during a service and collect the offering. Alternating Sunday rotation for one service.
Community Feast Assistant:
Positions include food servers, prayer ministry & children’s ministry on Friday nights at the Community Feast. Put “a heart for the poor” into action! Weekly or monthly commitments available.
Mercy House Connector/Discipler:
Help link/connect men in the Mercy House to Lifegroup community. Involves transportation and discipleship.
Urban Children’s Lifegroups:
Leading Lifegroup and discipling inner city kids grades 1-4 on Friday afternoons. Commitment is about four hours a week.
In-school Mentor during Lunch:
Looking for adults to meet an inner-city child for lunch on a weekly basis as part of our STARS program. Days are flexible. Training will be provided.
Mentor to Inner-city kids:
Looking for college age volunteers to mentor kids as part of our STARS program. Tues/Thur. afternoons for two hours. Training & background check required.
5th & 6th Grade Urban Lifegroups:
Leading Lifegroup and discipling inner city kids. Commitment is about five hours per week, mostly on Friday afternoons.
Spanish Translators/Convivio de Adoracion:
Looking for bilingual people to serve the Spanish speakers in our church neighborhood by translating during our 10:15 service one Sunday per month. We also need volunteers to help with video, sound and children’s ministry at our Spanish celebration service, Convivio de Adoracion. Other opportunities exist for Spanish speakers who are skilled at translation.
Come Together Workday:
We are in need of an administrator for our Come Together Workdays. These workdays happen once a month, but there will need to be extra time put into helping plan and coordinate the workdays.
Financial Coach:
Conduct one-on-one financial coaching with clients in a structured Financial Restoration ministry at ACC. Flexible schedule. Training is provided. Financial Coaches must have already completed an FPU class.
Financial Peace University Class Coordinator:
Be involved in coordinating and leading our Financial Peace University classes. Great for any age and stage of life! Class Coordinators must have already completed an FPU class.
Administrative/Office Help: You can be of assistance to the church staff in assisting them with clerical duties, errands, and communication for their department. The desire would be to volunteer for at least two hours at a consistent day/time of the week so that staff members can plan around you!
